Brian, Our home was nearly ninety years old when we bought it and the slate roof had tiles that were missing or broken. At first we wanted the slate roof replaced and that was why we called you at AP Home Services. My wife and I are not roofing experts by any stretch and you could easily have sold us a brand-new slate roof for a bundle of money. Instead, you warned us of the expense we'd be facing by replacing the slate roof and that the brittleness of old slate made replacing broken and missing slate tiles not feasible. Long story short, thanks to you, we now have a beautiful new 30-year shingle roof AND brand-new gutters for roughly half the price of replacing the slate roof. Thanks, guys, for a job well done!

New seamless gutters solve leak problems.
When we got home from vacation last Summer, the wallpaper in the front bedroom was curled and peeling and it was plain the room had started taking water. I figured we needed the roof looked at. Our neighbors accross the street had just got a beautiful new roof. I asked who the roofer was and was told AP Home Services. I called to ask for an estimate. Brian came out and found a problem with our gutter in front but nothing wrong with the roof. Since installing seamless gutters we've had no problems with leaks. We're saving up for new siding now and you can bet we'll call AP Home Services again when we're ready to go.

Ours is a fairly large, two-story house with a walk-up attic, two gables, and a steeply-pitched roof. Before we met with Brian from AP Home Services, we had gotten estimates from several roofers. Brian's estimate for replacing rotten soffits and fascia, removing the old slate roof, jumping the box gutters, installing aluminum gutters, and installing underlayment and CertainTeed 30-year shingles, was cheaper than two estimates we'd had for jumping the gutters alone! And the finished product was outstanding, not just great for the price, but great, period!
